Returns & Refunds

LUFT is made to impress. If it hasn't, we'll make it right.

Return window Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

How to return Reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number. We'll take it from there. 

Return shipping A return handling fee of €5.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the €5.90 return handling fee.

Exceptions Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
